The NC board oversees our organisation economically and academically to make sure our events’ quality is upheld. They are supported by the Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education (DIKU), an agency that is a part of the Ministry of Education and Research.
The NC board also represent EYP Norway internationally by attending the Board of the National Committees (BNC). They are also responsible for the selection of Norwegian delegates to attend sessions abroad. The board is made up of two alumni representatives, where one serves as the president of the board, the president of EYP Norway Alumni Association (EYPNAA) and three teachers. A representative from DIKU also attends the three yearly meetings, but is not formally a part of the board
The NC board and the board of EYPNAA compliments each other. The tasks of the NC board focus on the bigger picture, whereas the board of EYPNAA deals with the day-to-day tasks that come up. The two organs work closely together to achieve the goals of the organisation, and ensure progress toward out vision.
