Accomidation:
We will be staying at Trondheim Vandrerhjem. It is a hostel for travellers, with 15-20 minutes walking distance from the city center. We will be served breakfast in the dining hall, but the guests are also welcome to use the commune kitchen, tv-room, washer/dryer and the internet, wireless and a computer in the reception. The delegates will be sharing rooms of 4 or 5, where most of the rooms will share bathrooms, like most hostels.
Committee work will be done at Statens hus, where we will have a meeting room for each committee. Its is regular meeting rooms with whiteboards, projector and flipcharts. We will be spread on six different floors. The lunch will be in the canteen.
The mock debate will be at Realfagsbygget at NTNU, the University of Trondheim. It is a big building with many exhibited experiments. It is important to stay within the given rooms, and not wander off. Here we will have an auditorium. Dinner will be served here, in the canteen, as well as the evening socialisation.
The General Assembly will be at Lerkendal staduim, where they have a conference hall for us. This is the home of the football team of Trondheim; Rosenborg. They will also be serving us coffee, tea and fruit during breaks, and lunch. The shuttle bus to the airport has one of their stops right outside.
